Exchanges and Returns:
For exchanges, please either:
1. Send the merchandise back to our address below, write your request on the original packing slip and enclose it in the box. We will ship it back free of charge.
2. Order another pair, and send the first pair back for a refund.
For returns, please send the merchandise back to our address below, and write your request on the original packing slip.
Credit Card Billing Information:
If you card is charged multiple times for one order, it is because your order was declined multiple times prior to the approval. Your bank will hold the declined funds for 2 ~ 3 business days before releasing those funds. We do not take the money out of your account. Please contact your bank to see that the charges will show "pending"
